Caroline trained in voice and piano at Trinity College, London, going on to complete Post Graduate Studies at Cambridge University and The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London.
She has performed widely in the UK and internationally including touring in ‘Fame’ the musical and creating the role of ‘Phryne’ in the World Premiere of the One Act Opera of the same name. Caroline has also performed as a soloist in Operetta and Oratorio throughout Europe. Caroline has performed and produced cabaret shows in Qatar including ‘Best of the West End’ performed for HRH The Earl of Wessex during British Week.
An accomplished pianist, conductor and composer, Caroline writes music and musicals for children and has collaborated with celebrated UAE children’s author Julia Johnson to create “The Pearl Diver”, a musical for children reflecting the heritage and history of the local area. She is also much sought after as a teacher, vocal coach and producer having written and staged a number of bespoke musicals for young people.
Caroline is delighted to be returning professionally to her first love of performing having spent some years working in Dubai as a Specialist Music Teacher and Education Manager. She is a regular guest contralto soloist with the Dubai Singers and is looking forward to performing as a vocal soloist with the Dubai Chamber Orchestra next year.
Caroline is also a member of the viola section in the National Symphony Orchestra of the U.A.E and has performed with the NSO chorus.
